Any reference to Shire Professional Funding Limited means (“Shire/We”)
Shire Professional Funding Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for certain types of consumer credit lending and credit related activities that are regulated under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and by the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
We are registered in England and Wales under company number 07121815 and have our registered office at 1 Calico Business Park Sandy Way, Amington, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B77 4BF, Telephone 01827 300095. Our VAT number is 126 2321 51.

Shire website content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Shire, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided "AS IS" and on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the extent permitted by law, Shire excludes all representations and warranties (whether express or implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

The failure or delay of Shire to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive Shire‘s right to enforce that right.
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

You will need to tell us your name, business address, daytime contact number and agreement number. We will also need to know what’s gone wrong, when it happened and what you would like us to do to put it right.

Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)
We do our utmost to resolve complaints directly, saving our customers the trouble of appealing to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). But when a customer makes a complaint and we can't reach an agreement, if you are eligible, the FOS can be asked to make an independent assessment.
